Directions:  
cook broccoli as desired and drain. Cut chicken into small cubes. Spray cooking pan with non stick spray. Add chicken and shrimp(add seasoning) and cook till done and drain. Cut cheese. Combine all ingreditnts in large bowl and stir until cheese is completely melted. Serve.
