Directions:

dice 1/2 onion and brown off with mince in pot ( no oil enough in mince)

peel and slice/ chop carrot about 1 1/2 add to mince

add beef stock

peel and chop 3/4 medium potatoes add to pot
5
cover all in boiling water...just enough to cover ingredients
6
add salt and pepper to taste
let all boil down until thick and enjoy :-)
