Directions:  
put hot water in cup; thoroughly stir in honey while as hot as possible to dissolve, then stir in vinegar. Honey dissolves best with hotter water, else can get sticky. Even if I let it cool before I drink it, or mix it with half the hot water, then ice it to drink it cold, it mixes best hot. Adding a dash of cinnamon and/or ginger enhances the flavor and has additional therapeutic effect.
