Directions:  
Heat peanut oil in medium saucepan. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and celery. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add chopped and sliced vegetables. Cook 3-4 minutes until crisp tender. Add broth and soy sauce. Stir and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
