Directions:  
Boil 1 L of water.
Add sliced onion and tomato
Add chopped spring onion
Add ginger and gree curry paste (to taste)
Chop lemon grass and add it to the water
Add 2 tbs of fish sauce
reduce heat

Add the coconut milk at the last minute (it doesn't have to be lite coconut milk but personnaly, I cannot tell the difference even though it's 3 times less rich in calories.)
