Steam the broccoli florets and cook the brown rice according to the package.

Heat oil and saute onions, garlic and chicken that is cut into bite size pieces until cooked through.

Mix the rice, broccoli, chicken mixture, cream of chicken, sour cream, cheese and spices in a bowl.

Pour into a casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
