Description: Almost like a simplified lasagna, this tomatoey casserole fulfills the desire for pasta without filling up a bowl full of noodles.
Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (12 pieces)

Directions:  
Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.

Add butter and one egg, lightly beaten to spaghetti along with 1/4 cup of Parmesan, salt and black pepper.

Place spaghetti on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Spoon ricotta over top, spread evenly.

Top with 1-2 cups of marinara sauce.

Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until top is lightly browned and bubbly. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
