Chocolate-Butterscotch Bars

3  cups		all-purpose flour
1-1/2  teaspoons		baking powder
3/4  teaspoon		salt
16  tablespoons		unsalted butter
1  cup		sugar
1  cup		packed light brown sugar
3		eggs
2  teaspoons		vanilla extract
1  cup		chocolate chips
1  cup		butterscotch chips

-Set rack in center position and preheat oven to 350. Grease 13X9 bake pan with cooking spray
- Stir flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl.
-Beat butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. Beat in thevanilla extract.
-Fold in dry ingredients, and chips. Scrape batter into the prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. Bake until lightly browned and the edges pull away from the sides of the pan, 25-30 min. Cool completely and cut into squares.
