Thaw spinach.

Slice up sausage.

Chop up veggies (onion, red pepper, and mushrooms).

Mix sausage with chopped veggies and thawed spinach.

Place veggie and meat mixture into bottom of 13x9 pan.

Mix together eggs and milk together in blender.

Pour egg mixture over veggies and meat mixture.

Top with cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven until top is until golden brown or until a knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.

Cut into 6 wedges and serve.
