Directions:  
Whip eggs for 2 minutes.
Slowly stir in sugar; stir 2 more minutes.
Stir in cream.
Add vanilla (or fruit puree).
Put mixture into ice cream maker; follow it's directions.
(When ice cream is nearly ready, add candy or cookie bits.)

Serve in chilled bowls immediately, OR scoop into a plastic tub and freeze it hard.
