Directions:  
Slice vegetables and dice chicken.
Saute chicken in olive oil until pink is almost gone.
Add vegetables and cook until chicken is done.
Add curry powder in increments with each addition.
Add water and bring to boil.
Add rice, reduce heat, cover.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
