Directions:  
brush a pan with olive oil and with floured hands work the dough in your hands tell it stretches to fill the pan. The sprinkle kosher salt and pepper and bake in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. take dough out and top with veggies and sprinkle cheese on top. Take pizza out of the pan and place directly on the oven rack and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes. remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes and then cut into 8 pieces. enjoy!
