Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 450F.

Drain a 15 oz can of pink salmon. Dump fish into a mixing bowl. Remove the big round spine bones, if those bother your guests.

Add an egg, a tablespoon of dry onion flakes, and 1/4 cup of plain bread crumbs. Mash it all up together.

Put the other 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs in a small bowl.

Take 53g of the mixture in the palm of your hand and pat it into a circle about 2" across. Drop it into the small bowl, then flip it. This coats it with breadcrumbs so it won't stick to the pan.

Line the patties up on a clean dry cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Makes 8 patties. Two is a serving. Serve with catsup or tartar sauce.
