Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 8 x 4 inch load pan with Pam.

Place bananas in a large bowl and mash.

Stir in sugar and let stand 15 minutes.

Add applesauce and eggs and beat well.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour mixture into loaf pan.

Bake 55 minutes or until bread passes the "toothpick test".

Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Cool on wire rack.
