Directions:  
cut fat from pork loin
cut into 2 inch strips
salt and pepper and put in crock pot
put remaining ingredients in a small blender
blend until smooth
pour over pork loin
cook on low for 8-9 hours or until pork is tender
shred pork with a fork
put shredded pork back in sauce for 30 minutes to add flavor
** if sauce is fatty, put in refrig and skim off fat when cool
