Directions:

Lightly toast 1/3 cup nuts in a 275 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

In a food processor, combine the greens, toasted nuts and the garlic process for 25 seconds.

Add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice and salt to taste.
