Place sugar and corn syrup in a large sauce pan and heat on medium heat until begins to boi and sugar melts.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter

Stir to melt.

Pour mixture over the Rice Krispies in a large bowl.

Carefully stir to coat and quickly pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Press lightly.

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips and stir together.

Pour over the top and spreach to cover top.
