Preheat oven to 425 degrees

In a medium bowl, combine the cauliflower, cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Toss to mix. Drizzle on the oil and toss again.

Bake for 30 minutes tossing once, until lightly browned and crisp tender.
