Directions:  
Heat Large Pot and add olive oil and chili flakes, chopped/diced small onion and diced garlic. Saute until golden brown then add diced carrots, celery, zuccini until vegetables are tender. Pour in chicken stock, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, white kidney beans and frozen green beans.

Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
