Directions:  
in a 20 quart pot saute onion, bell pepper and carrot until onion is soft. add 32 oz beef broth and 1 quart of tomato juice. add cabbage, potatoes and garlic. when potatoes and cabbage are almost tender add the rest of the vegetables, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. add tomato juice and beef broth as need to reach desired soupiness.
