Directions:  
1.Cut 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
2.Chop 1 small onion (about 1/2 cup) and mince 2 cloves of garlic.
3.Spray a wok or large saute pan with cooking spray then add chicken, onion, and garlic over medium heat until chicken is fully cooked.
4.Combine 1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari,1 cup water, and 3 Tbsp Splenda or other no-cal sweetener. Add this mixture and 2 cups of chopped broccoli to the pan.
5.Cook until broccoli is tender.
