Directions:  
wash and stem cherries
place in large pan with water. simmer 15-20 minutes
mash fruit and place in jelly bag to strain
return 3.5 cups juice to pan
add pectin and heat to boiling
add sugar and boil for 1 minutes stirring constantly
pour into sterilized jars
