Directions:  
Toast the first six ingredients in oven on 370 degrees, stirring every 5 min for about 15 min. or until light brown and toasty.
Mix all your dry ingredients including the toasted ingredients in a large Tupperware bowl with lid. Shake and mix well.
Mix the honey, sugar and water, glue, in a large sauce pan. When the glue begins to boil, stir frequently until the glue forms into a softball stage. This usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the heat off and quickly add the baking soda and vanilla. This will foam continue to stir until glue is mixed well. Add the dry mixture and stir until the glue has coated all granola.
Pour in a wax paper lined pan, sprayed with pam, get another sheet of wax paper sprayed with pam, for pressing, and press until firm. Press and smooth, press and smooth. Put in fridge until cooled, pop the wax paper out, cut in bars and bag. If your wax paper wants to stick. Let it sit for awhile and it should come off easy.
