Preheat oven to 400

In saucepan, boil cranberries, sugar, water, orange juice, & cinnamon. Cook until thick and bubbly and remove from heat.

Mix brown sugar, butter (softened), flour and oatmeal until crumbly.

Pat half of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of pan.

Pour the cranberry mixture over the oatmeal mixture.

Sprinkle remaining oatmeal mixture on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.
