1/2  cup		BROCCOLI FLORETS
1/2  cup		CAULIFLOWER FLORETS
1  cup		SLICED FRESH MUSHROOMS
4  cups		CHICKEN BROTH
1  teaspoon		MINCED GARLIC
1  cup		BABY SPINACH
1  dash		SALT
1  pinch		PEPPER
