Directions:

saute onion, garlic, celery, till almost done

add beans, water, 2 bay leaves, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil then simmer for about 20-30 mins till beans almost done.

add carrots and simmer until carrots are soft but not mushy, and beans are done. (if u want broth thicker, then take some of the beans out and mash them up and add back to soup)

remove bay leaves and enjoy!
