Cut bacon into strips. Beat eggs together with milk and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil and add bacon and cook until bacon is crisp, about 2 minutes. Add eggs to pan, stirring and scraping from bottom of pan until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
