Directions:  
cook sugar and corn syrup over med heat until it starts to bubble around the edges.
remove from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter. blend until smooth. add rice krispies and mix well pour into greaded 9 x 3 pan press down.
melt chocolate chips and buttescotch chips together and add 1 Tbls. peanut butter. pour over rice krispie mixture , cool , cut into bars.
