Directions:  
Heat onion and green chile in oil. Add seafood blend to thaw. Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking pan with Pam or other cooking spray. Fill tortilla with seafood mixture and top with 1/6 of the shredded cheese. Roll up tortilla. Keep filling pan this way. Cover enchiladas with enchilada sauce and a little shredded jack or cheddar cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
