Directions:  
mix flours, salt sugar yeast and margerine together well
Add water and mix to dough
Knead for 10 min by hand
place on greased baking tray in desired shape covered with greased cling film near heat source for app 1 hour until doubled in size.
Knock back (thump) and re shape on tray then place in hot oven for app 30 min until it sounds hollow when tapped.
