Directions:  
In a large stock pot brown turkey with onion and celery, use evoo to keep from sticking. Cover with chicken broth and vegetable broth, bring to a boil. Add vegetables season to taste. be very careful not to over salt. Broth contains lot's of salt all ready. Let simmer until ready to serve.
