Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds. Spray each half with butter cooking spray. Place in baking dish, flesh side down and cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until soft. Flip and place 1 tsp butter in each half and sprinkle each half with 1 tsp of splenda brown sugar. Place back in oven for 5 minutes. Serve
