Directions:  
Boil ribs in water with or without salt and pepper for 30 mins. Pre heat over to 350 F . Mix sauce ingredients together. Place drained ribs into a broiling pan, cook for 30 mins. Pour sauce and pineapple to coat the ribs. Cook for another 30 mins until tender. Remove cover for the last 10 mins of cooking to make them sticky.
