cut potato into thinly sliced sticks (the thinner they are, the crispier)

put into bowl with EVOO and seasoning of your choice ( I like 1/2 tsp. of paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, and chili powder)

mix together until potato is thoroughly coated

bake at 450 for 35 - 45 minutes, or until crispy. flip once in the middle
