Directions:  
Gently saute hamburger till done, drain with paper towels.
While above is draining use same pot to saute green peppers and onions, add chili powder and stir till you can smell it.
Add hamburger back to pot with tomatoes and kidney beans.
Cook gently on simmer for 1.5 hours.
