After roasting the tomatoes, garlic (outer skin off) and the jalapenos...

Place jalapenos and garlic in mortar and pestle or in food processor and mash/blend together.

Then just add the rest of the ingredients and blend to desired consistancy.... and add salt and limes to taste.
