Directions:  
1.Heat overn to 350
2..ook potatoes in boiling water until tender
3.Drain potatoes and remove 3.4 of potatoes
4.Add sour cream to 1/4 potatoes and mash, Add velveeta ham and onions and gently stir in remaining potato slices.
5. Spoon into 13x9 dish and back. Sprinkle with Parmesan
6. Bake 30 minutes
