Directions:  
1 - Place half of the peeled and sliced apples in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2 - Add the apple juice and soy sauce.
3 - Mix cranberry sauce and seasoning mix together. Rub over roast and place on top of apples and juice mixture.
4 - Top with remaining apples.
5 - Cover and cook in your slow cooker for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Do not remove cover whilst cooking.
6 - Remove roast from cooker and shred with a fork.
7 - Add some of the liquid from the cooker to make as moist as you wish.
