Directions:  
In small bowl, beat egg and egg whites lightly, set aside. Melt margarine and add onion, cook until soft and translucent, add ham and zucchini. Cook until warm, add egg mixture. Cook until done and flip over, add cheese and fold over. Cook until cheese is melted.
