Description: Microwaved Asian vegetables and cooked chicken tenders with Hoisin Sauce- serve it over brown or white rice

Directions:

Spray large saute pan with canola oil. Microwave vegetables according to directions.

Add sliced chicken tenders to pan and warm over medium heat. Add cooked vegetables.

Cut broccoli in 1-inch pieces, steam in microwave., and add to mixture in pan.

Add Hoisin sauce and stir into mixture. Add water to deglaze pan and coat chicken and vegetables.
Serve over white or brown rice.
