Directions:  
Mix yeast with water sugar and salt, let rest until it smells active. Then add in oil.
Meanwhile pour flour in a bowl and make a well for yeast mixture.
Add the wet ingredients into the well and mix everything together. Kneed for 5-10 mins, then roll dough into a log and cut into buns. Prepare steaming rack on stove while you let the buns rise for about 10-20 mins. Steam buns on rack for 15 mins.
