Directions:

Dust veal in flour and cook in olive oil in batches until brown. Set aside

Heat oven to 180 C or 350F

Add oil to the pan with the onion and garlice and cook for 5 mins or until softened.

Add thyme, sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, stock and wine and stir. Add veal and cover.

Roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until veal is tender and sauce thickened. Serve with roast veges.
