Directions:  
Add whole milk to Kefir grains and a reserved amount of approx 1/4 cup Kefir from a previous batch.

Allow to ferment at room temperature for 12-18 hours.

Store in glass containers in the fridge afterwords.

Kefir Grains can be refrigerated to slow down production of Kefir.
