In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, oil and cinnamon just until blended (batter will be lumpy).

Spread into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup.
