Directions:
1
Put all wet or moist ingredients together in the blender along with the fruits.
2
Blend them until mixed. Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
3
In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. No sifting because of the flax seeds and oat bran. Reserve about 1/2 cup to coat the pan.
4
Mix the liquids and solids together with a spoon or fork. Do not over mix.
5
Coat a 9X13" cake pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Dust it with the flour mixture, and do NOT tap out the excess.
6
Spoon the batter into the pan, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
7
Bake for 45 minutes. Then cool in the pan on a rack (anything that raises the pan up).
8
Cut into 24 pieces. You can eat it hot or refrigerated. After cutting, you can put the pieces into freezer safe plastic bags and freeze them in portions.
