Put the tea bag and water in a small pot. (tie the bag to the handle so its easy to fish out later) Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, add the oats and lower to the medium. Cook for about 5 minute stirring occasionally until it thickens.

Remove the tea bag. Be sure to squeeze out the excess.

Shut the heat off and stir in the cocoa powder and honey. Combine well. Add the raspberries and stir in. They will cool the oats down while defrosting.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
