Directions:  
saute onion in oil until translucent (do not brown)
add garlic and stir until fragrant
add half of tomatos, water, potato and chicken boullion
cook until potato is tender
puree mixtrue in blender (blend in flour and milk)
return to heat and add remaining tomato
