Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Oil a cookie sheet.

Combine all wet ingredients with the choc. chips and raisins, and peanut butter and beat until the egg looks light and fluffy.

In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.

Slowly mix in the dry mix into the wet mix until it is of a consistency where you can roll it into balls in the palms of your hands.

Take a teaspoon of the mix at a time and roll it into a ball. Pat it down and put it onto the cookie sheet.

Bake about 9 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit another couple of minutes. Take out and cool. Should make 3 dozen cookies.
