Directions:
Combine olive oil and dry spices, including honey. Place in a resealable bag and add raw shrimp. Marinate for at least one hour.

Once marinated, place shrimp on grilling skewers going through the tail and through the body toward the removed head portion, to prevent curling. Preheat grill and turn to low heat.

Place skewers on grill, preferably on the top grill rack in order to get a lower heat, since shrimp can often get overcooked on the grill. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until pink. Be careful not to overcook.

While grilling, combine the sweet chile and Sriracha sauce to make a dipping sauce for the finished shrimp. Serve with sliced limes on the side. The lime juice adds a nice punch, if desired.
