mix marinade of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sugar

cut tuna steaks into 1-inch cubes and marinate in sauce for 1 hour

chop peppers into 1-inch squares, quarter zucchini into chunks, and cut red onion into wedged slices

spear veggies and tuna chunks on skewers starting with the red onion

cook on grill for 4-6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes
